OnlineTherapy.me Data License

This license is between O-mega Enterprise, Inc, which operates OnlineTherapy.me ("OnlineTherapy.me", "we") and the organization named at checkout or on the invoice ("you"). Buying the dataset means accepting these terms on behalf of that organization.

• Snapshot ($490 one time): the tables described on the data page, as CSV and JSON, as they stand when you download them. The download link works for 30 days after purchase.
• Monthly feed ($190 a month): the same tables refreshed after each monthly re-check, with a change log and the daily clinician-hiring feed, for as long as the subscription is paid.
• Custom research (from $1,500): what the written quote for it describes; these terms apply to it unless the quote says otherwise.

• Use the data inside your organization, by its employees and by contractors working for it, for your own analysis, research, planning, reporting and decisions.
• Quote individual figures in your own published work, with the attribution "Source: OnlineTherapy.me" and a link to the page or source the figure comes from.
• Keep and use data delivered to you after a subscription ends, under these same terms.

• Resell, sublicense, publish or share the dataset, or a substantial part of it, outside your organization.
• Use it to build or feed a public directory, comparison site or dataset, or a product that offers its contents to others.
• Remove the source address and check date that come with each value when you pass a figure on inside your organization.

Each value is what the service's own page or a public record stated on the date shown beside it. Services change their prices, plans and policies, so we re-check every table monthly, but we cannot promise that every value is complete or still current when you read it. The dataset is information, not medical, legal, financial or investment advice, and it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows.

Prices are those shown on the data page and at checkout, charged by card through Stripe. A Snapshot is paid once. A Monthly feed renews every month until you cancel it, which you can do at any time from the billing link in your emails; it then ends at the close of the month already paid, with no further charge.

If what you receive is not what the data page describes, write to us at hello@onlinetherapy.me within 14 days of the payment and we will refund it in full. A refunded license ends with the refund.

We keep all rights in the dataset as compiled, structured and checked by us. The content each source published remains its own; the dataset records what it stated and where.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability under this license is limited to the fees you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim, and neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

If you breach these terms and do not put it right within 14 days of our notice, we may end the license; you then stop using the data and delete the copies you hold, except where the law requires you to keep them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. The version on this page when you pay applies to that purchase; a later change applies to a subscription from its next renewal after we tell you about it.
